We had a great time at the recent Marriage Matters retreat that we hosted in partnership with Grace Church in Perrysburg. We were joined by newlyweds, nearly-weds and some 50+ year marriages as well. There were about 35 couples in attendance. Jan Meier, a local Licensed Counselor, led the 4 sessions focused on fairly high level marital advice.

- Woman is not independent of man, nor is man I independent of woman. 1 Corinthians 11:11
- Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. 2 Timothy 2:23
- Let love be your greatest aim. Corinthians 14:1
- Remember that you and your wife are partners in receiving God’s blessings. 1 Peter 3:7
